RedPhone is part of the RWLT System designed specifically for divers. It can optionally be used as a wireless voice communication system without positioning functionality. The system ensures stable voice communication of divers between one another and the control station, as well as precise positioning of objects.
The RedPhone operating principle is simple: it is a navigator, a pinger and a two-way underwater voice communication device in one housing.
The easiest operation possible. The RedPhone turns on automatically when submerged and operates in Push-to-Talk (PTT) mode. It steadilly receives data at all times and transmits it when the RedButton is pressed. Once the voice message is finished, the station transmits a navigation signal that allows to determine the diver’s position under water.
High-quality acoustic communication and accuracy in determining the object’s coordinates. We use wideband hydroacoustic technology as well as digital signal processing in all our systems. This provides reliable protection against interference even in poor conditions (e.g. shallow waters). As part of the RWLT System, the station can act both as a telephone and as a navigator and pinger.
